How long does it take for my order to ship?
Once you have placed your order, please allow us 3-5 business days to process your order and ship it to you.
I placed an order, but I did not receive a confirmation email. What can I do?
You can contact us at email@example.com and we will resend the email to you. Please check your spam folder before contacting us.
How will I know my package has been shipped?
You will receive an email that your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hrs after you receive the shipping confirmation to track your package.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order once it has been placed. An option for you would be to return your items, as long as it's not final sale items. Please see our "Refund Policy" for further instructions.
Are shipping fees refundable?
No, shipping fees are non-refundable.
What clothing sizes are available?
We carry sizes small to x large. We are working on expanding our sizes to fit every woman.
What if an item I want is sold out?
We will restock our top selling items, as long as it's still available via our manufacturer. You can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to check and see if that particular item will be restocked.
You can send us an email right away so that we can modify it on our end before it is shipped. Remember to include your order number. Our email address is email@example.com.
