We hope that you love your items, but if for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. This policy is strictly enforced.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items 
If your returned item looks like it has been worn or is damaged, unfortunately we will not be able to issue you a store credit.  Also, please be careful while trying on your item, as we do not want makeup or deodorant stains on them. We have to be able to resale the item so we will fully inspect the item before issuing a store credit.  Also, we do NOT accept returns on the following items: bodysuits, swimsuits, accessories, gift cards and final sale items.  

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item(s) upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.  

Return Processing Time
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once we have received it. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  

Shipping
You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with your return.  You can choose the shipping carrier you prefer, but we strongly suggest you obtain a tracking number so that you can make sure we received your return. We are NOT responsible for returns that are lost or stolen while in-transit.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at saucybabefashion@gmail.com and give us a brief description of why you are returning your item(s).  Also, please put your order number in the subject line of your email. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions, along with a form to include with your return.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.  Please allow us 24-48 hrs to respond to your email.
